North Wales Police responded to multiple emergency calls at around 10:20 AM on April 28, 2023, where they found the young girl critically injured. Emergency responders, including an air ambulance, ferried her to Alder Hey Children's Hospital in Liverpool. Unfortunately, the child succumbed to her injuries later that afternoon despite all efforts to save her. Sergeant Simon Hughes of North Wales Police expressed profound sympathies to the girl’s family, emphasizing that they will be supported by a specially-trained family liaison officer during this exceedingly difficult time.
